The Ministry of Transport announced that extra trains and buses will be operating from Pettah and Fort in Colombo to cater to the rush before the curfew is imposed. The special train schedule is given below; Colombo- Kandy - Hatton - at 4.00 p.m. Colombo - Anuradhapura - at 4.00 p.m. Colombo - Kurunegala - at 3.00 p.m. Colombo - Beliaththa - at 2.30 p.m. Colombo- Matara - at 3.30 p.m. The government today announced an island-wide curfew from 6.00 pm today (20) until 6.00 am on Monday (23).
