Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) as the organisers of the Lanka Premier League (LPL) yesterday (27) revised its tournament schedule.
It first officially announced the 14 match-day schedule last Thursday, 22 October.
Yesterday’s revised schedule included the following note by SLC: “Kindly note that matches to be played on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd November, and the 09th December, are the ones revised.”
There are 23 matches in the LPL including the two semi-finals and the final.
Colombo was to meet Galle in the opening match of the tournament on 21 November 21 at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium in Hambantota. Now, according to the revised schedule, Colombo is to meet Dambulla in the curtain-raiser.LPL schedule revised
