Deputy Minister Manusha Nanayakkara has resigned from his post in the Government and met United National Party (UNP) leader Ranil Wickremesinghe, UNP MP Dr. Harsha de Silva said.
Dr. Harsha de Silva said that Manusha Nanayakkara has said that he felt the decision taken by the President to appoint a new Prime Minister was unconstitutional.
