The appointment of the new British High Commissioner for Sri Lanka was made recently. Sarah Hulton will take up office from her current position as Deputy Director at the Human Resources Directorate at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in August 2019. James Dauris, the current High Commissioner, will be transferred to another diplomatic service appointment.
