The Ministry Health has permitted pharmacies to operate during curfew hours.
The decision has been taken as many patients have been inconvenienced due to the lack of medicines during curfew hours.
The Ministry has requested the Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) into facilitate the process.
Patients are allowed to use their medical report/ prescriptions as curfew passes.
Pharmacy staff and vehicles distributing medicine and pharmaceutical items have been granted approval to carry out related activities during curfew hours.
