Total number of coronavirus cases in Sri Lankan has risen to 70, according to the Health Ministry. 2738 persons are currently undergoing a 14-day quarantine in 17 quarantine centres across the country. The National Operation Center for Prevention of COVID- 19 Outbreak has called all those who have come from abroad and evaded quarantine procedures to immediately register to be quarantined. Meanwhile, 97 Buddagaya pilgrims who arrived in UL-122 Sri Lankan aircraft have been sent to a quarantine centre.
