The Kandy Municipal Council said 42 out of the 45 schools within the municipality limits that were closed, are to be reopened on Monday (14).
Commissioner of the Kandy Municipal Council Amila Nawarathna said all schools in the Kandy municipality limits except for the Kalaimagal Vidyalaya, Thakshila College and Trinity College are to reopen on Monday. “The schools were closed due to increased COVID-19 cases," he told The Morning.42 schools in Kandy to reopen on Monday
