Anusha Palpita has been appointed as the Chairman of the Development Lotteries Board. Anusha Palpita, who served as the Secretary to the Ministry of Industries, had recently sent a letter to President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa seeking his permission to retire. He has previously served as the Director of Government Information in a number of government agencies as well. After the current government came to power, he was appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Industries.
