Sri Lanka to introduce three key digital initiatives under President Anura Kumara Dissanayake to advance the country’s digital transformation.

The GovPay platform will digitize all Government payments, reducing fraud and inefficiencies.

Payments can be made online via GovPay.lk starting today (7).

The President’s Fund has expanded its services to 341 Divisional Secretariats, allowing regional applications for financial assistance.

Sri Lankans abroad can now obtain digital birth, marriage, and death certificates through consular offices, connecting directly to the Registrar General’s Department.

These efforts mark the first step toward a fully digital Government.
