The Court of Appeal today (29) extended an interim injunction, barring interference in the construction of the Ambuluwawa Cable Car Project, until 2 December.

The order came after a petition by Amber Adventure Private Limited, which claims the Gampola Divisional Secretary is obstructing the project despite all required approvals. 

Accordingly, the court hearing from Justices Mohammed Laffar Thahir and P. Kumaran Ratnam, also allowed objections to be filed by the next hearing on 2 December.
