‘Deegadanthu 1,’ a famed tusker with some of Sri Lanka's longest tusks, has died after being electrocuted by an electric fence in Andiyagala, Hinguruwewa.
Known for its age and majestic tusks, the tusker was a beloved attraction at Kala Wewa National Park.
