Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa filed a fundamental rights (FR) petition with the Supreme Court (SC) seeking an order for the deployment of his security detail which was reduced.
Prime Minister (PM) Harini Amarasuriya and other members of the Cabinet of Ministers were named as respondents in the case.
