Nearly 130,000 devotees paid homage on Day 4 of the ongoing ‘Siri Dalada Wandanawa’ at the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy.

The sacred exposition, which began on 18 April, has drawn large crowds, with over 150,000 visiting on Day 3 alone.

To manage the influx, 3 new access routes have been opened for devotees.

The Temple has also extended viewing hours from 11.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. starting today (21).

The special exposition will continue tomorrow (22) for the fifth consecutive day.
