The Disaster Management Centre (DMC) reports that heavy rains across 17 districts have affected 91,101 individuals from 27,381 families.
Two fatalities were recorded in Polonnaruwa and Badulla, with three injuries in Jaffna due to strong winds.
Thirteen shelters now house 876 individuals, while 17,247 people have sought refuge with relatives after damage to 204 homes.
Relief efforts are underway as authorities assess the situation.
