The Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils, and Local Government has issued reminders to former Ministers to return their official residences.
According to the Ministry, only 14 official residences have been returned so far, while a total of 28 official residences had been allocated to former ministers.
The Ministry also revealed that the settlement of outstanding electricity and water bills is mandatory when returning the official residences, adding that legal action will be taken against former ministers who continue to ignore these reminders.
