Sri Lanka's National Consumer Price Index (NCPI) fell to -0.7% in October 2024, down from -0.2% in September, according to the Department of Census and Statistics.
Food inflation dropped to -0.16%, while non-food inflation decreased by 0.35%.
The NCPI for October was recorded at 203.6, reflecting a month-on-month index decline of -0.5 points.
