Police announced road closures in Colombo and surrounding areas from 4 to 6 April for Indian PM Narendra Modi’s visit. 

The Colombo–Katunayake Expressway and Baseline Road will be closed intermittently from 6 PM to 10 PM today (4). 

Tomorrow (5), roads near Galle Face, Independence Square, and "Ape Gama" in Battaramulla will also face temporary closures.

 A special traffic and security plan is in place, and the public is urged to cooperate.
