All faculties of the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka in Oluvil, apart from the Faculty of Applied Sciences will be closed until further notice, due to floods in the area.
The University Grants Commission stated that students in hostels have been informed to leave.
According to the Commission, the exams of the Faculty of Technology have also been postponed as a result.
