Police reported a noticeable trend of illegal election campaigning activities.

According to Police, special operations to remove illegal posters, cutouts, and banners are underway, through which a total of 117 such operations have been carried out thus far.

Police added that candidates were arrested in connection with these violations, along with 271 others. 

67 vehicles used for illegal campaigning were also seized by the police.
