The Police Narcotics Bureau seized 104 kg of Kerala Ganja worth up to Rs.36 million, in Manalkadu, Jaffna today (30). 

This operation was conducted based on intelligence provided by Sri Lanka Army Intelligence Officers. 

The narcotics were reportedly smuggled into Sri Lanka from India in a discreet manner.

According to Police, the suspects abandoned the stock and fled the scene when the raid was being conducted. 

The Police are currently conducting further investigations to arrest the individuals involved in this drug trafficking operation.tion.
