Admiral Sirimevan Sarathchandra Ranasinghe, former Commander of the Navy, assumed duties as the new Chairman of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority today (3).
Ranasinghe, who joined the Navy in 1982 and served as Navy Commander from October 2017 until his retirement in January 2019, brings his leadership experience to the role.
