The Department of Meteorology warns that warm weather conditions will persist, with heat indices reaching 39°C to 45°C in several provinces, including Northern, Western, and Southern areas.

Meteorologists advise outdoor workers to stay hydrated, wear light clothing, and rest in shaded areas. 

Extra care is recommended for children and the sick.
