Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Rohan Premaratne has been transferred from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to serve as the DIG of Western Province (North).
DIG P. Ampavila has been appointed as the new DIG of the CID.
These transfers have been approved by the National Police Commission.
