Former cricket and rugby skipper at Trinity College Tikiri Ellepola was re-elected as the President of the CR & FC at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which took place at its clubhouse recently.

Former Joes and national player Gemunu Chethiya will lead the Red Shirts during the 2023/2024 rugby season when they defend the League title.

Two former Royal captains, Ted Muttiah (1982) and Sriyan Cooray (1983) were elected as Honorary Life Members of the CR & FC.
