Gurukula College will have a slight edge over their arch rival Dharmaloka when the two teams meet at the 30th 50-over encounter ‘Battle of Kelaniya’ at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium today (19). 

Gurukula have a strong top order batting line-up with Captain Shehan Leelaratne leading from the front. Mohamad Murshad who opens batting has over 450 runs for the season, while Denura Demansith and Poorna Kalhara have all contributed with the bat.  

Dharmaloka will rely heavily on Captain Helanka Viduranga, Uditha Shehan, and Hashan Shayamal for runs as the largely inexperienced side takes the field.
