Prime Minister (PM) Harini Amarasuriya extended warm Easter Sunday wishes to Christians in Sri Lanka and worldwide, highlighting the occasion as one of faith, resilience, and unity.

In her message, she reflected on the significance of Easter and called for peace and strength for all Sri Lankan families.

Accordingly, the Prime Minister also paid tribute to the victims of the 2019 Easter Sunday attacks, reaffirming the Government’s commitment to delivering justice without delay.

She urged unity and collective responsibility, emphasising the need to build a just and equal future for all.
