Sri Lankan rice and curry ranked 6th in an experimental travel online guide which has ranked the “Top 100 rice dishes in the world”.

The article, which was published by TasteAtlas, rated the staple food of Sri Lanka with 4.6 stars out of five. 

With the purpose of promoting local food and instilling pride in national dishes, TasteAtlas has used the ratings of the TasteAtlas audience to come up with the rankings.
