A tragic head-on collision between two buses in Melsiripura's Panliyadda area last night (16) resulted in one death 8 injured.

The accident involved buses traveling from Colombo to Trincomalee and Batticaloa to Colombo. 

Police are investigating the incident, which left eight individuals injured.
