The Yunnan Provincial Government, along with its Friendship Association has donated 22 Smart Boards (75-inch) for distance education and 70 sets of solar streetlight systems to schools in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka.
This was made known via a twitter post by the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka today (05).
The post further noted that in May, the Yunnan Provincial Government also gifted food packages to 10,000 needy families in Eastern Province.
