Former Deputy Minister of External Affairs, Neomal Perera today pledged his support to United National Front (UNF) Presidential candidate Sajith Premadasa. Perera was a member of the United National Party but had left the party and joined the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP). He last served as Deputy Minster of Foreign Affairs in the Mahinda Rajapaksa Government.
