Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella stated today (17) that the ongoing lockdown will be extended until 4.00AM on October 01. However, he noted that Government essential services impacting the economy will be allowed to function. Rambukwella detailed that conditions with regard to this will be detailed soon. Meanwhile, he urged the public to adhere to regulations and use this time to get vaccinated.
