Chairman of the Samagi Tharuna Balwegaya MP Mayantha Dissanayake filed a Special Determination petition against the proposed 20th Amendment to the Constitution today (28).
The petition was filed with the aim of protecting the nation’s democracy, the Samagi Tharuna Balwegaya stated.
“The next few weeks will be crucial and we will do our best to protect Sri Lanka’s long-cherished democracy,” tweeted Rasika Jayakody, Member of the Samagi Tharuna Balawegaya.
