President Gotabaya Rajapaksa is to meet leading tycoons in the country today (21), The Morning learns. Speaking to The Morning, President's Spokesperson Kingsley Rathnayaka said that the meeting has been scheduled to be held at the Presidential Secretariat and would compromise of all leading businessmen in the community. "The meeting will be held between the President and the business community. Leading businessmen are to be attending. Details pertaining to the purpose of the meeting has not been revealed though," Rathnayaka said. Although it is rumoured that Dhammika Perera and Ishara Nanayakkara are to be attending the meeting today, Rathnayaka said that no specific names of invitees have been announced.
