The Sri Lanka Tennis Association (SLTA) launched its latest initiative “Stats by Stars” programme last week.
14 outstation players got benefitted under the new scheme for their performance at the recently ended SL Clay Court Nationals.
SLTA President Iqbal Bin Issack (seen here on right) and its Secretary Pradeep Goonasekera (centre) graced the occasion.
The purpose of this new programme is to support the outstation players for them to play more competitions and stay longer in the game, said Head of SLTA Outstations Development, Bharathiraj Pillai.
