The online database of the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) has been hacked, The Morning learns.
According to several twitter posts, Lulz Security Sri Lanka, a black hat computer hacking group commonly abbreviated as LulzSecSL is behind the attack.
The group has been repeatedly warning of impending cyber attacks in Sri Lanka, unless President Gotabaya Rajapaksa resigns.
Accordingly, the group has published a download link where all email, password and user details of the SLBFE can be downloaded.
