The protest march launched by the main Opposition Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) last Tuesday (26) from Kandy is to reach Colombo today (1) together with the SJB leaders.
However, a key attraction of the procession is the giant structure of a crow (‘kaputa’) wearing a red shawl (‘satakaya’) on the back of a lorry that also made its way from Kandy to Colombo amidst the chanting of the now popular song, ‘Kaputu kak kak’.
